Returns

If as a buyer you are not satisfied with your product, you will have 14 days to return your product.  However you will be held accountable for the shipping fee to return the product. In addition, you will be asked the reason for your return, reason must be reasonable. 

Abusing the return system by constantly returning can lead up to a suspension of your account or your return not being considered. In transition, damaged products can not be returned, if a damaged product is returned you will be held accountable and will not receive your refund. As well as that if a damaged product is returned you will be accountable for shipping the product back to you otherwise the damaged product will not be shipped back to you and will remain in our custody. If the product was damaged during shipping please let us know immediately, (note all refunds will only be given once we examine the returned products condition). Once the 14 days have passed you will not be able to return the product regardless and all complaints will be ignored so make sure if anything is wrong with you product you return it within the 14 days. All KingHubEnterprise products this includes King Shirts can not be returned.

Product

When selling a product, a product sold and sent to a buyer must be exactly identical as seen in the picture and described in the product description (if the product is new it must be in its packaging unopened).  In addition, whatever condition you choose your product to be that you are selling, must be the same condition sent to the buyer. Failure to do so of any of these steps may lead up to not getting your money, and if the product is sent and is not as advertised the product may not be sent back to you or shipping the product back to you will be at your cost.  This may also lead to your termination from King Market, and further action will be taken if needed. If you are selling a food item it must be packaged and not open and it must not be expired as well as not used, failure to do so can also lead to your termination from King market.

Payment/Money

When it comes to your payment on your product you sold, King Market takes a 12% commission from products under $100  and 15% commission from products over $100. In addition, you will be responsible for the shipment of the product however the price for shipping will be included in purchase so all the seller will have to do is ship the product to the buyer. In transition,  you as the seller will be notified once the product has been purchased and is ready to ship, however from when the product reaches the buyer a 14 day period will start in which if the product sent was not the product as advertised they will be allowed to file a dispute and return the product. Once the 14 day period has ended you as a seller will recive your share of the money made from the product.
